BISA Swimmers Soar at the Tanzania National Open Championship
Ten student-athletes from Braeburn International School Arusha (BISA) delivered an outstanding performance at the Tanzania National Open Championship in Dar es Salaam, competing against more than 100 top swimmers from across the country.
Demonstrating extraordinary grit and focus, the BISA swim team recorded numerous personal bests throughout the national tournament. Highlights of the championship included remarkable podium finishes by Elsie Weston and Annabelle Weston, who both earned bronze medals in their respective events.
The team’s success reflects months of dedicated preparation and strong mentorship from the coaching staff. The BISA community extends its sincere thanks to Mr. Masudi, Ms. Wiz, and Coach Kevin for supporting, encouraging, and preparing the athletes every step of the way.
The swimmers’ hard work, resilience, and mutual support embodied the true spirit of “The BISA Way” – proving once again that through dedication and belief, BISA athletes don’t just swim; they fly.
