Fee Structure
Braeburn Arusha charges fees to cover the full cost of tuition, exercise books, textbook loans, and club participation (other than those provided by outside experts). Fees for additional services are also indicated and charged separately. The school relies on the timely payment of fees to provide a quality education for all its students.
The above Fees indicate costs for Tuition, Lunch, School Transport services, and Boarding (where applicable) but do not include Enrolment or any applicable Examinations Fees.
Fees above are in Tanzania Shillings and are fully inclusive of all approved textbooks and exercise books.
*The school year is comprised of three terms but in Years 11 and 13, the annual fees are divided into two rather than three equal installments.
Payment by monthly instalments may be arranged at the discretion of the Headteacher in consultation with the Fees Administration Committee.
Family discounts on tuition fees only are allowed in bills as follows:
2nd Child: 10%
3rd Child: 15%
4th and subsequent Child: 17.5%
Family discounts on transport only are allowed subject to students being on the same route in bills at 50% for the 2nd and each subsequent sibling.
A surcharge of 1.25% is levied per month for the late payment of fees.
Activity fees are charged separately and are normally accompanied by an official letter from the headteacher.
A full term’s notice in writing and the headteacher’s acknowledgement in writing of the same is required for withdrawals else a full term’s fees are payable in lieu of such notice.
The Board of Directors reserves the right to alter the fees at five months’ notice.
