Additional Educational Needs
Our school welcomes children with learning difficulties and offers a range of additional support. Our inclusive policy ensures that children participate in most mainstream classes, with withdrawal from one or two subjects decided in consultation with parents, the pupil (age-dependent), and teachers.
Where known or suspected, please inform the school of any additional needs your child may have before admission. As challenges become apparent, children will undergo specific assessments, or parents may be asked to take their child to external specialists.
If we find that a child’s individual needs cannot be fully met within our school, we will work closely and sensitively with parents to explore the best next steps and offer recommendations for alternative educational provisions that will effectively support their child’s continued growth and success.
