Early Years

Our busy Early Years provides an exciting introduction to a world of learning for our youngest learners from ages 2 to 5 years. Children receive a holistic and interactive classroom experience involving indoor and outdoor areas.

All areas of learning are interconnected and equally important. Dynamic child-led themes deliver the curriculum, with specific structures built around Phonics, Reading, Physical Education, Swimming, Music, and Computing.

Strong connections with the Primary School ensure a seamless transition from Early Years to Primary School.

Learners Enjoying Success

Our Early Years settings are a place where every child is given the care, tools, and encouragement to shine. We are consistently proud of the remarkable progress our youngest learners make during these vital foundational years.

We warmly welcome children from all starting points, including those learning English for the first time and those who benefit from extra learning support. Through dedicated teaching and a caring environment, our children consistently thrive across all core areas of development:

  • Social & Emotional Growth: Children build strong friendships, grow in self-confidence, and learn to care for one another in a supportive classroom family.

  • Confident Communication: We place a strong focus on listening and speaking skills, ensuring every child finds their voice and learns to express their ideas.

  • Creative & Physical Exploration: From active outdoor play to hands-on art and design, our students develop essential motor skills and unleash their imaginations.

We love watching our young learners grow into happy, confident, and curious individuals ready for the rest of their school journey!

Our Approach

Children learn through many cross-curricular opportunities, developing social, communication and physical skills. Our curriculum is based on the Early Years Foundation Stage statutory framework of the Department of Education (England).
