Braeburn Infant School

BISA Infant School caters for children between the ages of 2 to 7 (Creche to Year 2) and is situated in the Njiro area of the city. As a sister campus to our main BISA site in Kisongo, Braeburn Infant School opened to students in September 2017. With light, airy classrooms, and new furniture and resources, this purpose-built facility is modern and child-friendly.

Braeburn Infant School covers both the Early Years Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 of the British National Curriculum and the children regularly collaborate and build strong connections with our larger campus in Kisongo, including receiving specialist lessons in Music, PE, Swimming, Kiswahili and French. Teaching staff teach and collaborate across both campuses, ensuring consistency in quality and experiences for all children in BISA!

Children have the opportunity to learn in mixed-age classes and groups within our infant school, following an internationally recognised approach to support social and emotional development. To find out more, please read our accompanying document below.
