Our mornings start quietly with soft music playing, the early sunlight shining through the windows upon different activities to discover and explore around the room. Every child comes with quiet and shy intrigue to the latest activities and the other familiar, comforting play areas. Numbers grow as the day continues, and so does the noise, excitement and confidence of each of the kiddos.
There is rarely a day without mess, joy, busyness and exploration. Some days we find ourselves covered in paint and smiles, others with disheveled wet hair and tired eyes after a day in the pool. This is where recipes are being violently created, dreams are coming alive in capes and princess dresses, therapy and expression in our paintings, and fundamental lessons of relational dynamics are being instilled minute by minute. Oh the fullness of life for an under 5 year old...
