A Milestone in Our Mother Tongue

Get ready to cheer! Last term was full of excitement as our incredible students took centre stage for the very first Swahili language exams held right here at our fantastic, newly accredited BISA Swahili Language Centre! Previously, these assessments took place externally at MS-TCDC, making this a real step forward for our community.
A massive congratulations to our amazing learners in KS2, Year 4, 5, and 6, and our brilliant KS3 students in Year 7 and 8! You all approached these exams with such impressive confidence at every level – we couldn't be prouder!
A huge shout-out to the wonderful BAKITA Council and our passionate Swahili Department! Their teamwork was absolutely seamless in making sure everything ran smoothly and all exams were a resounding success!
This landmark event truly highlights how the seeds of our IGCSE success are being sown in these crucial primary years. As the wise saying goes, "Polepole ndio mwendo" (slowly, but surely), and it's clear to see the fantastic progress our students are making in their Swahili journey each and every year.
