BISA U9 and U11 Netball Teams Shine in Competitive Kennedy House Tournament

28th May 2024

Our U9 and U11 Netball Team took part in the very competitive tournament on Saturday 18th May, at Kennedy house, attracting 7 schools to showcase their skills on the court. Netball was a new sport for the students and luckily we had a professional netball coach who kindly taught the students the sport. During their sport lesson, they learned three different passes such as, bounce pass, overhead pass and chest pass. They also learned the rules of netball and the different positions.

All the students were prepared and determined to give their best performances. Each match was a challenge for the students, as it was their first time playing netball competitively. All individual players demonstrated exceptional sportsmanship, skills and teamwork. They were impeccably well behaved, pushed themselves to keep going through the whole tournament and were excellent representatives for Braeburn Primary.
