Celebrating Success at the Taliss-IST Invitational Swimming Championship 2024

Last weekend Ophélie Konig and Baylor Harrison participated in the Taliss-IST Invitational Swimming Championship 2024 in Dar es Salaam. The girls became part of the wider Braeburn Swim team from Kenya and they all worked together to achieve personal bests.

Baylor achieved silver the in 200m medley relay and bronze in 100m back, dropping 4 secs and achieving a new personal best of 1.20.09.

Ophélie achieved gold in the 200m free relay,  silver in 100m breast, 200m medley relay,  50m breaststroke and bronze in 100IM.

Amazingly, the team came 3rd out of 15 teams and  we are proud to have achieved the overall Sportsmanship award.  Many congratulations to Ophélie and Baylor.
