Friday Night Lights

The much-anticipated Friday Night Lights took place on Friday 4th of March 2022 - an event that is FIBA Endorsed where teams were required to be registered on the official FIBA website. The competition had three categories for the 3 x3 challenge and a variety of other challenges, 3 point shooting, free throw and skills competitions. The fun-packed event began at 5pm and ended at around midnight. All participants were well engaged right until the very last minute with entertainment and refreshment in surplus.
This event aims to raise money for our BISA scholarship fund and a whopping 2 million shillings was raised! Thank you so much to everyone who participated. A special thank you goes out to Mr Justin Nyari, whose son Jordan was one of the most talented basketball players at BISA, currently ranked 63rd in the state of California, for his generous donation of 1 million Tsh towards the scholarship fund.
