I think the scores and results say it all! It was obvious from their attitude that each house was going to do everything in their power to shine!

The 2021-2022 inter-house athletics competition in Primary was a special one with the majority of pupils posting a personal best, but more importantly, having fun throughout the day in varied activities that captured the abilities of one and all.

We are exceptionally proud of all the houses; their focus on training and competition has been remarkably positive this term. Team Lengai came in fourth, fiercely rivaled by Mawenzi in third. A 39-point difference separated Kilimanjaro and Meru with the latter successfully defending their title and once again crowned victorious in the colourful and well-attended event. Well done to all!

Meanwhile, in Secondary, the day delivered some outstanding results with a total of seven new records set by our secondary athletes.

Clinton Mutuku, broke two records: the 1500 meters (a record that has stood for 7 years!) by 10 seconds, and the 400 meters

Congratulations to all the students who participated in the event. We saw some outstanding performances on the track and field and everyone had fun!

It was beautiful to see all the students wearing their house shirts and getting into the house spirit. All the students deserve to be congratulated on their accomplishments and outstanding efforts throughout the two days. Thank you to everyone for displaying a good team spirit, for having fun, being a good sport, participating, and doing your best. Keep up the good work! Let's give out the same energy and determination for the Inter-school Athletics.
