Keeping Healthy and Fit

8th May 2020

The need to be healthy has never been so amplified in the world than at this time when we are battling the corona virus. Reduction and restriction of movement outdoors, has generally contributed to a somewhat sedentary life. This might in future pose health challenges unless we intentionally decide to engage our active gear. In this regard, Physical Education department will continue to offer planned physical activities that will hopefully help our learners maintain their fitness levels, develop their skills and wellbeing while at home. This will be done in a way that is enjoyable, challenging and will in turn develop their personal well being and lifelong interest and participation in sport.

Our intention is to come out of this crisis strong, healthy and fit!
