Save the Bees!

9th June 2022

Our FS2 children have been busy researching, with their teachers, how to save the bees. They each designed their posters and wrote important ideas then presented them at the Early Years assembly.

Our youngest Responsible Citizens were amazed to find out just how important these little pollinators are to our world and gave a passionate argument to support their campaign.

Beekeeping, saving the bees and building our understanding of the importance of bees has been a theme this year in our Key Stage 1 and EYFS classes. From visiting Mr Mosi's Bee Farm to bringing our own stingless bees beehive to out Infant School, our young students are becoming budding apiarists! So much so that our KS1/EYFS Production focuses on just that: The Bee Musical!

Don't miss it! It's going to be the 'Bee's Knees"!
