Scuba Safari with Year 1/2

16th October 2020

This term our topic has led us into deep waters. We have been researching sea creatures and discovering fascinating facts about our world’s oceans. The teachers helped demonstrate a science experiment showing how warm and cold ocean currents move. You might want to try it at home!

In our literacy lesson we imagined that we were on a ‘scuba safari’ and were delighted by all of the creatures we encountered. We wrote sentences using nouns and verbs to recount our explorations. Our class learned a fun song that we wanted to share with you.

We hope you enjoy it.
