When it’s hot and sunny it is the perfect time to explore, and there’s nothing more fun than spending time in water. No matter if it’s in the ocean, lake, pool or in a tub in your backyard, playing in the water may help children grow and develop in numerous ways. Every Wednesday the FS1 and Crèche class children engage in water play in our big tubs and inflatable pools. They get to change into their swimming costumes and experience the rich and valuable benefits that water play provides. The shrieks of excitement definitely got Mrs. Baker out of her office to come and join in. So next time when it’s hot and sunny take a tub out and enjoy the joys of water play together with your child.
