Term 3 at BISA is always a time of change and excitement, and this year was no different! As our Year 9 students recently completed their transition from KS3 to KS4, the school held a special ceremony to celebrate their achievements and welcome them to the next chapter in their educational journey.
The evening was a delightful blend of beauty, joy, and pride. Parents watched with beaming smiles as their children took centre stage, showcasing their musical talents with both their voices and instruments. The level of skill on display demonstrated the dedication and hard work of both the students and their music teachers.
But the celebrations extended far beyond musical performances. The ceremony also acknowledged the student's academic progress and their recent triumph of successfully summiting Little Meru, a challenging but rewarding climb that fostered teamwork and resilience.
Special thanks were given to KS3 Lead Ms. Noela, Ms. Miranda, and Ms. Jesha for their heartfelt speeches that resonated with everyone present. Their kind words and encouragement warmed the hearts of both students and parents alike.
Of course, no celebration would be complete without acknowledging the unwavering support system behind these young achievers. A huge thank you went out to all the parents who came out to show their love and pride in their children's accomplishments.
As the ceremony drew to a close, there was a palpable sense of excitement for what lies ahead. The Year 9 students are now officially beginning their KS4 journey. Congratulations to the Year 9s on this special occasion! BISA wishes them all the very best as they continue in their educational journey.
