What a day World Maths Day was for Key Stage 2!
From Sporty Maths with Mr.O to Musical Math with Mr.Ray, the children were smiling throughout! The Pirate Game, Maths through Art and developing their strategy with Miss.Juma it was a day full of magical mathematics! It concluded with the Big Braeburn Quiz. What is the length of our pool + the hard court? How many shoes are KS2 wearing today? What are the ages of Year 3 added together? A brilliant day of maths and one we hope the children will look forward to next year!
Not to miss out on the fun, EYFS and KS1 got in on the action with their own Maths Day excitement. At the Kisongo Campus, everyone from our 18 month old pre-creche students to our 7 year old Year 2s celebrated the wonderful world of maths with games and challenges.
At the Njiro Campus, we opened our doors for parents to come in and experience maths in and outside of the classroom. Look at all these busy young mathematicians!
