At Braeburn, our utmost dedication lies in ensuring that our students have access to enriching opportunities that will empower them to reach their highest potential. To accomplish this, our exceptional staff not only motivates and supports students within the classroom but also encourages their participation in diverse international programs. Two outstanding students from our school have recently been selected to participate in the prestigious Yale Young African Scholars program this summer. Today, we would like to showcase their achievements and highlight their success in securing positions in this esteemed program.
Yale Young African Scholars is a prestigious enrichment program designed to offer a valuable opportunity for the brightest and most promising future leaders from the African continent. Its main objective is to connect these exceptional students with Yale alumni and assist them in shaping their individual paths to success. The program is conducted over a period of two weeks and can be attended either online or in person.
We are thrilled to announce that our two exceptional students, Narindwa Matikanya (Year 11) and Bianca Shah (Year 12), have successfully earned positions in the highly competitive Yale Young African Scholars program. This remarkable achievement speaks volumes about their dedication and talent. Considering the rigorous selection process that attracts aspiring leaders from all over the continent, their success is truly commendable.
